At this time of year, we often go through the routine of pondering things we want to accomplish this year. Too frequently, we land on items without the incremental steps it will take to reach them, or what in the end you hope to accomplish or impact. Smaller, short term intermediary actions will be easier to start now, accomplish and even course correct from. You may end the year with not only a string of successes. but a different, more attainable goal than you began with.
